If you're in the EU and need batteries or accessories, we're here to help! We're experienced exporters and can offer various delivery speeds to suit your needs. Just send us a quick email or message with the product name and delivery address, and we'll get back to you with a price.
We process all orders placed before 1PM the same day and send you delivery estimates and tracking details via email. If you notice any mistakes during checkout, please give us a call or email, and we'll happily fix them for you.
Please keep in mind that we don't ship over the weekend or on bank holidays. If you order before 1PM on a Friday with next day delivery, it'll arrive on Monday. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. If you need a weekend delivery, make sure to select that option at checkout during the week, and we'll ship your order on Friday for a timely arrival.
Deliveries to Ireland, Channel Isles, some areas of Scotland and any other address classed as 'remote' will be on a two day delivery service.
Items over 30Kg and getting delivered to remote areas may incur a small delivery fee due to the added costs via our couriers; if you are unsure about your address, please get in contact. Items under 30Kg will still have free delivery, regardless of location.
We take battery transportation safety seriously at our company. We're fully licensed to ship dangerous goods like batteries and know all the relevant regulations inside and out. We use DPD as our courier due to their fast and dependable service; a perfect match for our products. All deliveries are insured up to the value of your item for extra peace of mind.
